During my recent stay at the Blazing Donkey Country Hotel, I was captivated by the idyllic countryside setting and the warm hospitality of the staff. The food was nothing short of exquisite; with dishes prepared using fresh local produce, every meal felt like a delightful journey for the palate-particularly the chef's special, which truly lived up to its name. The comfort of my room exceeded my expectations, with clean linen and a cozy bed that promised a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the surrounding beauty of Kent. I must give particular praise to the outstanding staff, especially Clint and John, whose attentive service made a difficult time far more manageable. the relaxed atmosphere offered by the casual bar and dining areas provided the perfect place to unwind with friends after our adventures-enjoying hearty, unfussy dishes in a convivial environment. I wholeheartedly recommend the Blazing Donkey, not only for its fantastic food and accommodations but also for its exceptional team who genuinely understand the essence of hospitality.
